I've had a NUMBER of surgeries and interactions with health care professionals all over the spectrum. Doctor Prasad is BY FAR, the most comforting, compassionate, genuine, and most importantly highly skilled of all.

I was referred to Far North and they were super friendly at first. The day of my surgery the doctor stopped by for about 5-10 minutes, he marked my leg not the area to be operated on. I went to my follow up today which ran over an hour late and I asked him why I still had the same bump as I did before the surgery, he said we marked the area pre op, I said no we did not. He asked to see the bump that I still have and I asked him if there was a bump there before he took out whatever he took out, he said yes. He then got mad when I said the bump was still there and he cut me off and talked about not arguing with me. I told him the appointment was done and asked for my medical records. Also the next day after my surgery I called to ask why I still had a bump and Alexandria or whoever said that fluid fills where the location was of the mass that was removed, and said I could not be calling multiple times and harassing the staff. I called once. Save yourself time and find somewhere else to go. No accountability for their behavior or mess up.
