They took wonderful care of us during a very difficult labor and delivery resulting in him needing some nicu time. They saved his life. Absolutely wonderful caring staff. Made us feel safe and comfortable especially since it was just me so my husband could be home with the kids. Also loved the thoughtful congrats dinner robe and sleep sack. Best after delivery bed split king not just a hospital bed. They listened to me about our needs and were just very warm and thorough and sweet. Above and beyond. Thank you

I was very disappointed with day surgery. The anesthesiologist put my nerve blocker in the wrong location causing issues more then a week later I was never sent home with my pain management script and when I called they were less then helpful at trying to locate if a script was even made and the pre op nurse day of surgery was super rude and dismissive of my allergies and gene mutations that could cause issues with surgery.

I had a surgical in patient procedure and unfortunately had to stay in a bit longer than expected. From the moment arriving at the hospital including the surgical staff and the surgical floor recovery everyone was happy friendly and professional. I felt very vulnerable and the 7th floor nurses and CNAs always encouraged me and took time to make sure I felt safe. I wish I could remember all of the names of the staff including housekeeping. But thank you all so very much. You put me on the road to recovery and I will never forget the great care you gave me and your kindness.

Recently hospitalized for four days due to pneumonia. The doctor nurses and aides were very kind and helpful. The services including food providing courtesy packs with tooth brushes toothpaste etc. we’re very good. I really enjoyed the good selection of foods which tasted really good. Thank you chef for the beautiful and well balanced meals. I was in your care for about 4 days and am doing much better. I am thankful for all of your help and thank you for being there to help me through this crisis. Thank you for the nice rooms I was placed in and the good selection of shows to watch. The room was clean and comfortable. I would and will definitely return should I ever need to in the future and again thank you for helping me so fast when I was in crisis.

Entire medical team was great throughout my presurgery time. Despite the fact of covid going on. From my surgeon down to preop staff everyone was super friendly and never hesitated to get my questions answered.
