Great care and a very professional office staff. My appointment required 5 plus hours of testing and the staff even brought me animal cookies and juice in case I was hungry. My appointment took some advance planning as the doctor is well regarded and busy. I was seen in a timely manner and the testing was completed ? on a very specific schedule. I am pleased with the care I received and would recommend this practice.

More than six week waiting list to see ANY doctor. I need help now while they can see me at my worst, not six weeks later when my symptoms appear less severe. I am a returning patient and I still can not get in when I need help the most.

Will not see patients without a referral even though I am not required under my insurance. Door slammed close in my face before I even got through the door. Bad business practice and office policies.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Demain's for several years. He diagnosed his asthma and food allergies; provided suggestions to avoid exposure to those foods as well as followed up regarding the medication my son was taking for his asthma. He is a life saver!

Dr Demain is a very caring great Dr who takes all the time he needs with his patients. I had a poor quality of life until I became his patient. Allergies and Asthma take time to diagnose and control and if you are not willing to go through the process you will never be cured. I consider myself fortunate to have such a wonderful Asthma dr on this city !!!

Totally changed my plan of treatment as discussed previously. Was dismissive about my other Dr.s concerns, did not address them at all. I think he is a great Dr. for my children, but I would not see him again for my medical needs.
