I love Lemon Tree Family Med. Yes they are in a strip mall but when inside it feels like a true family clinic. Everyone knows your name, the drs take the time to really understand you (none of these 10 minute doctor visits here). I feel extremely well looked after. Both my husband and I prefer lemon tree over any other clinic in Anchorage.

Love My doctor but the receptionist or front desk person is rude and does not rely messages to the providers. This lady never answers the phone. I need a doctor I can get a hold of!!! If you need a Doctor you can get ahold of this is definitely not the place.i waited 3 weeks for blood work results I left 20 messages with my new number no call backs not one from messages I left. The Doctor was aware that they have issues with receiving messages and was going to send me an email that will link me to portal where I could contact her directly but never received email so again when I called about that no answer. I needed a covid test or find out from my doctor how to go about getting one. After 5 calls back to back same receptionist answered told me they don’t do them and hung up on me. I called back (5times) same receptionist answered and I let her know she was rude and I would not be returning. When a front desk can’t communicate with your provider there is big issues and I have only seen this Doctor since September!!!!!

The doctors and staff at Lemon Tree Family Medicine are the best! They listen and are knowledgeable, and are very professional. If you are looking for a new medical provider, I recommend these providers wholeheartedly!

Setup an appointment, but because I haven't had a Covid Test they couldn't honor the appointment. I get these are pandemic times, but I made the appointment a week before. You would think they would mentioned that I needed a covid test prior to coming in. I mentioned that they should please consider what it takes to take time off to see a doctor (and I live remotely, so an hour to drive) but was dismissed and said to comeback when I had my covid test completed. Needless to say I will not be making a another appointment here ever.

I've been going here for a few years now and they address and help me with every concern, I see both Dr. Lemmons and Dr. Johnston both great doctors. They also give me referrals for specialty care that I need, to get a better look at what's going on. I highly recommend them!
