Mario Lanza does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
Great doctor that actually cares about treating his patients. I use to have horrible migraines and with his advice and treatment I was able to get them almost gone completely.
I have visited Dr. Lanza twice and both experiences have been positive. Dr. Lanza took time to answer all of my questions and I found his demeanor to be professional and courteous. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a family medicine practitioner.
I found Dr. Lanza through a recommendation of another physician that I work with. He is thorough and I would recommend him. For one appointment he happened to be short on staff however he did my intake himself...took my vitals and entered everything on his computer. Theres not a lot of doctors that would necessarily do that.
Knowledgeable but didnt make me feel very comfortable. I wouldnt recommend.
Worst doctor I have ever met I wish I could just put zero stars but I couldnt if I wanted to post this. Do not go to him He doesnt listen to the patient. And I would know because I saw him three times. I told him I needed to go down to Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN where most of my doctors are. I needed to get a kidney biopsy because I was having severe chronic pain where my right kidney was in my back. He was rude arrogant and very judgemental. He told me that my kidneys were not even located where I said they were in my lower back and proceeded to tell me they where by my lungs Some quack of a school he went to to get his doctors license He would start yelling at me when I told him I knew where my kidneys are. He gave me a severe panic attack and said horrible things that a doctor should never say to their patients. He also told me I was crazy mentally insane and that I was making it all up for attention. And then further said he would not write me a referral to my doctors if I didnt stick with him and that he was the best there was I told him clearly he was not because he wouldnt listen to anything I would say. I told him good luck getting patients after this I will make sure everyone knows how terrible you are and stormed out.
Arrogant rude and let you know he knows it all. This sort of behavior was maybe acceptable at some point but not now. Thankfully SOME medical schools are offering training on effective communication skills. I believe there’s research that suggests the biggest factor in patient client relationships is the relationship or lack of it. his style of lecture does not lend to open communication and listening to the patient. I’ve only seen one other doctor like this and it was in Texas so I would rate him the second worst doctor I’ve ever seen
Dr. Lanza has by far and away the worst bedside manners Ive ever experienced from a doctor. Everybody I know that has as well seen him agree hes one of the worst doctors weve seen. Im frankly flabbergasted that he continues to have people visit him given all the bad thats out there against him.
He’s rude arrogant inconsiderate dismissive condescending etc. Avoid him as a doctor.
Dr. Lanza is quite smart...unfortunately he is also quite arrogant. He doesnt listen to patients and spends most of the visit talking about how wonderful he is. He runs late for his appointments and then spends zero time. His arrogance lead him to make a huge mistake in my care and I couldnt wait to leave. He also employees below par assistants. The MA who gave my flu shot clearly had no experience giving shots.
Worst physician I have ever seen in my life. He was arrogant verbally abusive and refused to listen to me. I suffered chronic back pain following an automobile accident. I saw him for the first and only time during an acute event which temporarily immobilized me. He “knew better” than the DO I had been seeing for months and further believed I was making up my pain. He tried to order me to see him as a physician but an understanding commander stopped that. He also told me I believe lied to me there was absolutely no evidence of injury and I was making it up. I later reviewed a copy of my MRI report he had access to it as well which clearly stated disk herniation. I got better after leaving Alaska and completed a highly successful 25+ year career no thanks to him. I suffer moderate chronic back pain to this day as documented by the MRI from Alaska and numerous tests over the years. I managed my pain for decades and continue to manage it whereas he insisted it did not exist after seeing me one time. I would not allow him to practice medicine on me or a family member if we were on our deathbed and he was our only hope for survival. My advice find another doctor.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
