I gotta get my friend out of there. No warm meals, no remote to even use the t.v that came with the room. Door does not lock so no privacy, no refrigerator or stove so you are not able to make yourself food or keep anything fresh. My friend has healing going on from a broken femur with complications, she’s unable to use a wheelchair. She’s been there for 5 days without the ability to shower. No call button for help, she literally has to yell for help when she hears voices in the hall. What kind of world are we living in???

This alh is the worst place ever with Shaw the owner who doesn't know how to take care of the people living there and the manager Katie whos so damn fat she is nothing other than PURE LAZINESS NEVER letting someone you know live here cause these two will NEVER take care of them

You do not want to take your loved ones to this awful place. The staff are very unprofessional, inappropriate and neglect the patients, lie about patient care. This place needs to be shut down ASAP. It’s criminal the way the patients are treated. My boyfriend went there and everything he worked hard at doing at St Elias he lost. They weren’t bathing him, helping him eat or helped him when he needed it in a timely manner. They left him sitting in his depends soiled for hours. This place is awful and needs to be shut down. It will be. I’ve already heard to many people being mistreated here. They don’t care about their patients. They are not good people. My friend went to see my boyfriend. She had never been there before. They said she was trespassing when she had never been to this place. So the police were called. My boyfriend wouldn’t say anything because whenever Adult Protective Care was there and the fire department came he said he was fine. He was scared they would do something to him if he told. He ended up getting an infection and went to providence. When he left there he could barely move his arm. He told me they didn’t bathe him for a week. They are not good people. Please don’t bring your loved ones here. They don’t care about their patients. This place needs to be shut down. We all know a lot of these places don’t treat their patients right. I am appalled they have gotten away witb what they have done so far. They belong in jail.

McKinley Care specializes with great care for residents. McKinley is renovating and updating equipment, staff, room 24/7. As they run continuous operations.

Would not recommend a loved one to live there. Bad environment.. some caregivers are loving and very caring. Meanwhile most are mean, abusive and disgusting towards the residents there. Do better!
