Competent, kind, and knowledgeable! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She takes the time to answer all your questions and explains things clearly. She is a wonderful doctor and the procedure went very smoothly. Both her and all the staff at the surgery center were amazing.

Dr Randolph is wonderful Dr Randolph was very personable and kind. I was apprehensive but her calm and pleasant manner put me at ease. She is also efficient. She performed the procedure and I didn’t feel a thing. Afterwards she provided a document of written findings after explaining to me verbally. I wish I could personally thank her!! Everyone at the Surgery Center treated me with kindness and compassion. Thank You!!!

I'm not sure if Dr. Randolph was having a bad day but I did not appreciate her dismissive patronizing ways. She told me 3 times how "very very nervous"she was regarding my symptoms, far from reassuring. Like most Doctors these days she seems burned out and unhappy. I am sorry for this. I have compassion for anyone working in our very broken health care system, our profit over patient insurance companies that do not compensate Doctors as they should. What Doctor in their right mind would work with Medicare. The paperwork is endless, their payments are pitiful and and their increasing control in what Doctors can and cannot do is frightening. The best we as patients can do is find alternatives to the health care offered to us, stay healthy and stay out of Doctors offices. I wish Dr. Randolph the best. Her job is hard.

100% yes Dr. Randolph and her staff were all wonderful. Everyone. The doctors, techs, nurses, and receptionists. They were patient and kind and they all seemed to really care (which unfortunately has not been my experience with other doctors and medical staff in the past)
