MIchelle Randolph's Online Review Report Card

Just like the other reviewers, I tried to make an appointment for over a month only to be strung along with excuse after excuse. No calls back as promised. I’ve done the front desk job at a busy doctor’s office and understand how busy it can be, but it is incompetence to be told you’ll be called back that day and after a week still no call back. They don’t tell you when you first try to schedule that you need to do new patient forms, only after it’s already been weeks trying to schedule. My guess is the doctor is not taking new Medicare patients, but they don’t tell you that. Frankly, I don’t want a doctor treating me that can’t decide when she’s opening up appointments or taking new patients, and the staff is not upfront with the patient. I’ve moved on to another doctor.

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I was told someone would call me back for scheduling. After 4 days of no call back, I called again and was told I would receive a call by the end of the day. 2 days pass and I receive a call saying the doctor is not accepting new patients. Very disappointed I wasn't given that information on my first call so I could have sought care elsewhere instead of needlessly suffering. Would not recommend this doctor or location to anyone.

Saw her before and was nothing special or awful. Now will not see me again because I am a veteran.

If you’re not in a flare up (I have UC), I didn’t get the time of day. I also didn’t get enough sedation during my endoscopy and had a terrible experience. I wish I could have more options in Alaska. My gastro doc in NY was hands down, what the standard should be.

Dr. Randolph Is compassionate and made me feel at ease. She cares about her patients and is so sweet! Highly recommend her and her team!

Excellent. Dr Randolph communicates well with her patients, making it easy to feel safe and trust her. I am impressed with her timeliness and efficiency for procedures. Dr Randolph’s staff have consistently responded quickly to my requests when calling her office

She was very nice when I met her. She refused to see me again and never addressed my issues. Her staff told me there was nothing she could do for me.

Never even got far enough to see Dr Randolf as the front staff were so incompetent. I sent my New patient packet and waited and waited finally called and they had me send it again so i did it with US mail with tracking and still they had trouble ..told me the Doctor would get back to me and waited and waited. I called and lady said i will call you tomorrow at 10 thirty i promise so i waited and No call..when confronted later that day she told me she was far to busy but thought about calling. Very Rude and unprofessional.

She cared more about my disease and treatment than me and got me in gear for my treatment as quick as possible. I truly reccomend her

Absolutely the best. Great doctor that cares, reads new medical studies and implements them into her practice, and is actually concerned with providing the best care.
