List of Pm Pediatrics. Anchorage's Reviews
First and foremost - the folks at the Anchorage location are friendly and professional. This review is not intended for them specifically.I sought information about COVID tests in Oct. 2020 after an exposure scare (back when we knew far less about transmission) when a coworker's friend or somesuch tested positive. I heard PM had tests and called, but instead of finding out if they even had tests (in short supply and slow at the time) was told they could only talk to me through their phone app. I spoke to someone for less than 6 or 7 minutes, most of which was them telling me that unless I had symptoms to leave the tests for those who were. I received no medical services or advice, which was all well and good... until Dec. 2021. I received a bill for $385 for that phone call over a year ago. This bill was dated several weeks prior to its mailing date and delivery, and I received a second overdue notice less than a week later. Contacting the billing office was a nightmare due to the time difference and hold times, and I even stopped by the Anchorage office I was so frustrated. That effort finally elicited a callback at a reasonable hour. I refused to pay their outrageous charge and they reduced it to a $65 "consultation" fee, claiming that the $385 was just to get my attention. I'm sure they would have been happy had I ponied up without question, if they were even to notice.Fair warning - make sure you know what you've paying for and how much before you talk to anyone, even if you're worried about something more corporeal. Welcome to corporate healthcare in America.
The best there is in Anchorage. Everytime I take my son they are willing to listen and work with you . I love this place and highly recommend them to everyone
Excellent patient service. Website was simple and easy to make an appt and turn in paperwork as a new patient. Definitely recommended!
I had to go in there with all of my kids and the staff were very welcoming, professional, warm and hospitable. The nurse was great and the doctor was so good to baby in need and all my babies! I would definitely recommend PM Pediatrics to everyone. Thank you for treating us with great care!! ❤️
Efficient, professional.
if your child is sick i highly recommend them. they are very though and patient with me and my daughter. Great staff and a great overall experience.
While visiting Anchorage our one year old dislocated his elbow. Dr Sarah Blazovic immediately took him back to a room and fixed it. We went from door to fixed in less than 8 minutes. Grateful for excellent medical care and caring staff on this unexpected detour during our Alaskan vacation!
I was suspicious of so many overwhelmingly positive reviews, but now I'm adding my own. Our daughter was so well taken care of here. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful and the visit was as quick as I could've hoped.
This review is mostly for their billing department. I went in to get my daughter checked back in February and received the EOB stating that the provider is out of network, when I specifically asked the front desk if they were in fact in network for FEP BCBS before my daughter was seen. When I called them about this, their billing dept said they'll take care of it. Fast forward to today, I received a collection notice saying that I had an unpaid bill at Providence. I was never notified by PM PEDIATRICS nor Providence that I had an outstanding bill for my daughter's labs. PM PEDIATRICS never forwarded any of my info to Providence so the labs can be billed properly! Now I'm stuck dealing with PM PEDIATRICS billing dept (who hasn't returned my call), Providence billing dept and the collections agency!
Awesome staff awesome vibes awesome care

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
