List of Preferred Care At Home Of Alaska's Reviews
I have been very pleased with Homewatch and their services. The caregivers and management are very engaged with us as the family and have formed a trusting bond with my Mother to allow her to remain in her home. All as she experiences changing life situation associated with getting older and being alone. The team has gone above and beyond for us all within the first month of service. I highly recommend this firm to anyone in need to elder caregiving and services.

What a great team! Nice to be part of it.
Preferred Care provides the most professional and personalized care to seniors. PCAH treats their clients AND employees like family, and Suzanne the owner truly has a passion for serving the seniors of Alaska.
There is no one else I would want taking care of my family member than Suzanne and her staff. I have complete appreciation and trust in her work. Thank you
Preferred Care at Home is appropriately named. They provide expert services to their clients, the clients' families, and their providers. Life's ups and downs are professionally and privately managed so loved ones can enjoy their elder years. Plans of Care are individually designed. Give them a call in Anchorage at 907-868-1919.
I wouldn't trust anyone other than Preferred Care at Home when it comes to caring for any one of my family members. Suzanne has worked tirelessly since day one to make this company what it is today. I'm in awe over her compassion and relationships she builds with her clients, they truly become her family. We recently had to bring 24 hour care into our aunts house and as stressful as this process is, the staff at Preferred Care were patient and understanding. Suzanne is living the experience on both sides of the line.
I had to leave for a month. I came home unexpected to find my loved one severely swollen and strapped to her wheelchair. The caregiver the owner assigned to my home was passed out on the couch. Because she was so severely neglected, she (and I) spent over a week in the hospital in order to save her life. After I wrote this original review I did more investigating about the caregiver still employed there today. She had no insurance and a suspended license. The was also a felon. 2 YEARS LATER..... My grandmother died and I receive a bill for over $10,000.00. Next stop, any reporter that will listen.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
