I had a tummy tuck from her several years ago. As soon as she finished with me she checked herself into rehab She left me without a doctor to care for me. My sides where the drip bags and medicine ball were were left open for several months. She is an absolutely horrible doctor! I would not recommend her to anyone! She does not even deserve a one star

Dr. Troxel was excellent. She listened to my concerns, talked about expectations and made me feel at ease during the whole process. She tells it like it is and has a very straight forward approach about everything. She cares about her patients.

Update 3 months post surgery and everything is wonderful I have a nearly invisible scar and great breast she took such good care of me. Seriously if your looking for a dr shes your lady she is caring,honest and will take great care of you from start to finish. This woman is amazing! I just got my breast implants yesterday and I could not be happier. I literally cried because she made me feel so good about myself and from the first consultation to the post op she made me feel comfortable and I just felt at ease she's a wonderful human being.

There’s not a day I don’t regret that even walking in to her office. I had breast argumentation by her many years ago and still trying to fix her uncaring screw up. It caused so much money and pain but it’s not fixable. So save yourself and stay away from her. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone

I would recommend Dr. Troxel to anyone looking for reconstruction or any plastic surgery. Long story short I had to have a mastectomy. I was recommend to Dr. Troxel by a few women at Central Peninsula Oncology, and I’m glad I was. I have worked in the medical field for over 20 years, and Dr. Troxel is by far one of the finniest caring doctors I have come in contact with. Being form New York myself, I prefer a doctor that gives it to me straight. Along with her staff (that has been with her for many years), which is typically not the case for doctors. Most doctors usually have a high turnover rate. That tells me Dr. Troxel is a wonderful person to work for also. The procedure I’m going through requires me to travel up to Anchorage every two weeks to fill the expander. Dr. Troxel is so careful about what she is doing that on one appointment Dr. Troxel would not do the fill because she was suspicious of a pimple on the incision line and did not want me to get an infection that could have resulted in taking the expander out and having to go through more surgery to clear up the infection. She gave me some ointment, bandaged it and called me the next day to see how everything was. I saw her two weeks later with no problem and had my second to last fill. I am glad I chose Dr. Troxel, for her professionalism, unwavering truthfulness, and for her staff. She is a wonderful doctor and human being.

I would highly recommend her . she preformed a breast augmentation on me and did a amazing job . Sarah and her staff are very friendly and they make you feel like family .

I have been to Dr. Sarah Troxel for a number of surgeries. I was first referred to her to remove a mass on my back. Surgery went good, scar is very small considering the mass removed. I then had some other surgeries with her. I have been more then impressed with her caring about her patients, both before and after surgery. To this day, she is the only Dr. I feel I can completely trust. I have referred her to not only friends, but family as well. I would recommend to sit down and talk to Dr. Sarah with anything you are thinking about doing, she will be honest with you, if it is a good or bad idea.

I had a breast reduction and arm lift done by Dr Troxel in December 2018. I could not be happier with my results and care given to me by her and her staff. I was a tough case as I had a 52G bust size and then lost 146 pounds. I was then a 34G, and had extremely sagging breasts. Dr Troxel was able to reduce their size to a 34C and tighten the skin. From start to finish, Dr. Troxel took exceptional care of me. I went in for a consult for an abdominoplasty after having had two C-sections. I was ashamed of my stomach & so nervous that no one could help me. She immediately put me at ease and assured me that she could help me. She explained everything very well and then she fixed it! The results are amazing. I am so grateful to have met her & highly recommend her to anyone looking for a plastic surgeon in Anchorage.
