I feel 100 % confident in my surgeon, Dr. Painter, on so many levels. As well as his Staff. From the minute he walked through the door, he was very personable, easy to talk to, and genuinely friendly. I was impressed with how he took his time, explaining in detail my MRI results. Precisely pointing out each area that was damaged and would need repair. Then, he showed me on my own knee, where, and what he would do in surgery. He listened respectively when I voiced concerns, answered them, and I was put at ease. My next question was how long, thinking 2 or 3 months after, until I could get back on my treadmill? And start working out with weights? He grinned...and said, " Two weeks ". ?????????? I told him I really felt good about him! And reflecting 100% sincerity, and a BIG HAPPY grin he said, " I LOVE my job! I love everything I do. " And you could see he meant every word. ???? I'm totally sold on him, and his friendly, polite staff.

Dr Paynter was very knowledgeable and told me every step in my process of getting a knee replacement. From beginning to end he was always there to answer any questions. The staff is exceptional. From check in, to the staff that does the physical therapy. I couldn't have a better experience with a medical facility. I recommend them to everyone one.
