I arrived to the office and asked Sara if I could access my dr notes off my chart because I was locked out. She had a huge smirk on her face as if it was intentional, she clicked one button and told me now I should have access. The aid came and brought me back. She asked if I was going to have an injection into my hip, I stated I have never been to this office for my hip. She left the room, came back and said I’m sorry it’s for your knee. At this point I did not trust that she had any clue about my health. I told her I would wait for the doctor and talk to him. My doctor visit was fine it’s the office staff that need to get it together.

Knee replacement went extremely well. Dr Tower is wonderful and knows his surgery well.

Dr tower exagerated the condition of my shoulder injury recomending a complte shoulder jt replacement after steroid injections and perscribed sessions of physical therapy which was useless with the existing torn tendons. I ??? his advice for a total joint rplcement and he said it was less than 50% chance of repairing the existing shoulder. I consulted a different surgeon using the same set of xrays and MRI and got an opposite opinion. Second opinion surgeon completed repairs without hesitation!

Physician's assistant Chris Albert and his staff with dr. Stephen Tower do an excellent job for any type of orthopedic surgeon needs requirement I had a broken leg last Thanksgiving and they're doing a remarkable job both of the surgery and the follow-up

Dr. Tower and his team were very professional and friendly throughout my joint replacement process.

Dr Tower did a total hip replacement for my partner several years ago. Last night he experienced extreme pain around the joint. He understood what was happening so at 8am this morning we called. Several hours later he called back to be told to go to emergency. It was the arrogant tone of the receptionist that was upsetting. Dr Tower is an excellent surgeon. His receptionist was very cranky.

I had a total left knee replacement Dec. 2016. If I have to have my right knee done I will be calling Doctor Tower. He has a great bedside manner, made me feel very comfortable. His staff is very friendly also Thank you for taking good care of me! Susan McCumber

I do not trust Dr. Towers for the following reasons: he misdiagnosed my problem; he did not give me any options other than major surgery; he did nothing to put me at ease. I felt that he did not have my best interest in mind. I felt that he just wanted to get me on the operating table to further his scientific research. When I questioned him about my MRI and X-rays, his response was unsatisfactory and did not make sense. He also called me names. I had my problem taken care of by another surgeon.

Dr. Towers had excellent bedside manner. He was able to identify a stick in my leg using the same MRI that the doctor at another facility missed. The quality of work he did assisted in expediting my healing process.

We could not have had a better experience. Doc Tower is an amazing surgeon, doctor and man. If you ever have the privilege to have him as a doctor you would have chosen well. Thank you doctor Tower for being as dedicated to saving my husband as you were. You will not be forgotten!
