The initial visit was ok, staff were very polite and attentive at first (3 star, would've been 5). Obtaining follow up visit however with doctor(s) is why 3/5 stars. Obtaining clear information is routed via mail or front receptionist rather than with the doctor or nurse practitioner to help answer questions or concerns.

I am going to rate this clinic 5 stars. This clinic is amazing! From the front receptionist, to the nurse and to the doctor -- I am happy to say that they all did an excellent job with the services they had provided for me today. It really makes a difference when customer service is beyond excellent in any place you go.I felt very welcomed and not rushed. I've been to many clinics before and have always waited a long time and always felt rushed when it was my turn to meet with the doctor or nurse. I didn't feel this way at all. The nurse was very welcoming. I felt that the process of examining (weight, height, blood pressure, etc.) went smoothly. When I met with the doctor, I could tell that she was very caring and concerning about my health. It was just really nice to have a doctor just sit and listen to my concerns and to have her provide me helpful information.I will definitely be coming back and recommending my friends and families to this clinic! Thank you ladies for the awesome service you provided me today.
