Dr counts has been my Dr for a few years now she is amazing and had the best bed side manner ! She listens and helps find a plan that works for you !

I would have had an unnecessary hysterectomy if Dr. Counts had her way...I had fibroids that caused heavy bleeding. Counts was unable to remove them and recommended a hysterectomy. I said no and then she said she would put me on Lupron to shrink the fibroid so she could remove it (of course, not telling me the side effects of Lupron). I said no and fired her. Today, I am happily fibroid-free (for now) with all my parts intact, no thanks to Dr. Counts. She would also make me wait in the exam room for 15-60 minutes, as if I had nothing else to do. Finally, she "diagnosed" me with HPV (no test) and did a colposcopy, even though I've never had an abnormal pap before or since. Fortunately, I now know that I never had HPV. Keep shopping if you get Dr. Counts. If you don't, get second and third opinions on every recommendation she makes!

I have been a patient of Dr. Counts for over 8 years now. She took me seriously when no one else would about my pain levels and got to the source of the problem starting from the first visit. She has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I have the least stressful appointments and procedures (including surgery) where possible. Dr. Counts is able to integrate my other diagnosis and treat me as whole person (Most of my Ob's did not). Her integrity as a medical professional and level of surgical skills is solid.

Dr Counts has been so amazing. I was her patient for almost a year, and during the entire time she was so caring. I have since moved away, but Dr Counts has continued to offer me sound advice. Thank you Dr Counts!

Bedside manner is no where to be found with this doctor. I had a surgery done and was quiet sad to be having it done and she was rude and matter of fact, no compassion what so ever. Thank goodness for the wonderful nurse susan who counter her rudeness. When I had the procedure done, she was once again abbrasive and rude and my husband was not reassured by her one bit. Dont reccomend her at all!

Dr. Counts and the staff at Women's Care of Alaska are simply amazing! Dr. Counts delivered my older son many years ago and I returned to her for some women's issues I've been having. She is a very gentle, knowledgeable physician who truly cares about the health of her patients. Her office staff went above and beyond to work me into the schedule, both for my consultation and subsequent surgery. I'm now 2-weeks postop and feeling great! Dr. Counts did such a phenomenal job with the laparoscopic procedure that my incisions are barely even detectable. Highly recommend!

Best doctor I have ever had that I can really connect with. Such a great person, and even better doctor. Very personable and has a first class office.

Super front desk staff. Nicely decorated office. Can see that the office all get along and it's nice to see all the same faces year after year. Best of all Dr Counts is a super lady! I feel confident with my health in her hands.

I've been seeing Dr. Counts for 15 years; she performed my surgery a couple years ago, and I am SO happy! She is an excellent physician and an incredibly skilled surgeon, and always takes the time to listen to my problems, with a compassionate and caring attitude. I never feel rushed when I have a visit and I highly recommend her to ALL of my friends. The staff is energetic and accommodating, and they always have such a positive attitude! I know she's respected in the OB/GYN community and as her patient...I know why.
