List of John Meehan's Reviews
Dr.Meehan has forgotten conversations about following up with test results. He changes his mind in the same sentence about managing care which makes me believe he is not sure about treatment and perhaps needs more experience in the field.
Dr.Meehan sees his patients as a number not as people. He seems to forget to follow up on test results and does not appear to be thorough in how to manage a patient’s care.He has forgotten to follow up on test results or care that was discussed before.
He treats patients like numbers instead of people. He has overlooked important test results in patient care.Seems slack.
I arrived at the hospital with a serious heart attack. Dr. Meehan quickly analyzed what he needed to do and performed the stent remedy. His follow up with me has been excellent and I credit him for saving my life. He has a good sense of humor and he listens well.
He does not take the heart condition seriously .By the guidelines, I should have a 3 month follow up.Instead he put me out as a 1 year follow up.I reached out to get a 2nd opinion and the other Cardiologist said I should be more closely monitored.Dr.Meehan also declined to do a procedure that would help.It finally took another specialist to convince him to do it.He is arrogant and stubborn and lacks communication skills. I think he is very careless.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
