Tulio Bertorini is one of the BEST neurologists in Memphis, whose excellent is unfortunately completely eclipsed by the ineptitude of his office staff. My Mother has been left without vital medications and is currently undergoing extreme withdrawals. She has been a patient of Dr. Bertorini since 1989. Dr. Bertorini referred her to a Wesley Neurology colleague, John Condon for her narcolepsy. She was not informed ahead of time that Dr. Condon was retiring. When she called for her prescription refills, she was told she could only receive them if she was first seen by Dr. Condons replacement. She lives 2 hours away and is completely disabled. This was in the midst of the Covid19 infection. Shes obviously healthcompromised with her disabilities. I have called the office repeatedly, advising that my Mother is falling into sleep comas, now that she has been off her medications for over a month. They refuse to provide any messages to Dr. Bertorini. This is gross negligence on the part of Wesley Neurology.
