Ordered wrong contact lens for one eye. But mostly no one ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. The providers are good but the front office staff, less so. I will not be returning. I am done
Y’all, Dr. Ellis is truly a gem. She is so kind, sweet & phenomenal in her natural gift. She makes you feel comfortable, explains everything so well and has a gentle approach. I highly recommend her for your eye care needs.
So slow. I was waiting for a hour and the eye doctor did not show up. This is suppose to be an appointment for eye contacts. Don’t take patients in if you can’t even manage your workload. Disappointing. I had to change my date, it was a lot better and faster this time. I changed my review score due to that Two years later, I’m here again but now I have to wait 20 minutes before my appointment. I’m not encouraging you to be late for your appointment but when it’s pretty consistent …
Walked in to make an appointment and was 2 months out.... as for service I can't really comment but if they are booked 2 months out who knows when you will get your glasses.
Always prompt and the service outside my appointments has been wonderful. They have straightened up my frames many times when I just walk-in. Very nice folks.
I absolutely love Dr. Keys, she is pleasant and competent. I have been going to see her for years. Her staff (“practice manager”) is condescending and hard to work with. It isn’t worth it.
They can’t get a glasses order correct. After 3 failed attempts to get the glasses I ordered, I told them I wanted to return the glasses and be refunded my money. They said I could do that if I paid a $360 “restocking” fee (I had paid them $580 for the glasses) despite the fact that the errors were all on their end. After negotiations, I paid them $180 to not provide me with glasses, thereby rewarding the incompetence of their staff and/or lab and their preferential concern for their bottom line over customer satisfaction. This happened after being a client for 20 years. Now I have to find a new eye care and wear provider.
These people are garbage. My wifes prescription was off and they told her that they have already used the insurance money and she would need to wait until next year to get it fixed.
I visited West Valley Vision Center in the fall during the ramping pandemic. I was dismayed to see a man in the lobby without a mask on. I asked the receptionist why he was required to not wear a mask and I was told that he had a medical condition that prevented him from wearing one. I asked one of the receptionists to have the owner/doctor call me. He basically said that I was over reacting and that the man had a condition that prevented him from wearing the mask, although he couldn't discuss it because of HIPAA. I asked why the man couldn't wait in his car and he said that the man was from out of town. During that period, it was a requirement for all persons in a medical office, whether staff or patron, to wear a mask. The owner was very dismissive of my concerns and I have since moved to a different eye clinic for my eye care. Would not recommend.
Order new glasses on 7/22/20 was told 2 weeks. Received notice of arrival on 8/28/20. Was instructed to call and make arrangements to pickup when I called i was told it would be another week before I could pickup . What the hell

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
