Did not listen to answers to questions, interrupted answers, dismissive, condescending and lied to other staff at the clinic. This man is a total failure as a M.D. Avoid at all cost.

Saw Dr. Wendel for my annual check up at the VA clinic. It was my first visit as my previous doctor had retired. He was very abrupt, condescending, asked me nothing about my past medical history even though I m a cancer survivor and have had 2 hip replacements. He suggested that I see my own PCP since I had other insurance. I have been going to this clinic for 8 years. His exam of me was very limited and not thorough at all. He then said I did not need to return for 2 years! Bad experience!
