I have been a patient of Dr. Nelson for over 20 years. I have not ever had a bad experience with him or his staff. He has treated my wife and daughter and I recommend him to all of my family and friends. His expertise in removing skin lessions of all types is unrivaled and his method of wound treatment leaves virtually no scars.

Dr. Nelson and his staff are awesome! My 90 year old mother has been a patient of Dr. Nelson's for several years. His attentiveness and caring presence is a welcome change from many other doctors who usually treat people like just another number. I appreciate the fact that Dr. Nelson always takes time to listen to our concerns and clearly explains every step of treatment that is needed. I also appreciate the fact that he and his staff are diligent to follow up on my mother's care. We travel over 45 minutes one way to have Dr. Nelson care for my mother and I can say it is certainly worth every minute. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff to anyone who is looking for a caring dermatologist who treats his patients with a person touch!

I visited Dr. Nelson for the 2nd time today to have squamous cancer cells removed. The first visit was several years ago. At both visits everyone in the office was efficient yet caring. Dr Nelson was professional and compassionate. He carefully explained the procedure and was concerned about my comfort. The world needs physicians who care and are understanding. Dr. Nelson is one of them. I grew up in a small town in West Texas where there was only one doctor and everyone knew him and he cared for everyone. At the same time he was skilled and professional. Dr. Nelson is that type of doctor. I highly recommend him.
