Horrible beside manners from their SLP Tim. Has the nerve to make parents feel like they aren’t good parents. Always has excuses as in why authorization takes so long, then has the nerve to ask the parents to call their insurance company and the doctors office to see what the hold up is, isn’t that the staffs job? Quick to make you feel bad and gets upset when you miss a few sessions, his nurse isn’t any better, put you out to be this parent with commitment issues when in reality she does the same, fails to communicate when she has family emergencies or got in a car accident or just can’t make it to the sessions. Shame on Tim for making parents feel like they are failing as a parent. I hope more parents speak up on his horrible and rude comments. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! PLEASE PARENTS FIND ANOTHER AGENCY!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES!!!! He recently started his own SLP business but I can’t remember the name of it, just be careful parents, don’t go to Tim Lee.

La peor experiencia son una pesima compańia jamas la recomendaria tengan cuidado con quien dejan asus hijos las "enfermeras" y entre comillas porque solo reciben un curso y no tiene experiencia no estan capacitadas para el cuidado de un menor algunas ni abrir un tanque de oxigeno saben

By far the worst speech therapist I’ve ever had for my son they do not teach them anything his speech did not improve and I would not recommend them

I enjoy working for CHC, they provide you with training, NSG based inservice monthly, and have supported me thru ups and downs over the years. 10yrs and I appreciate the company.

Children’s Home Health has been great to work with! My son had a bit of a unique situation with our insurance and they were extremely patient and worked with us to make sure he got the therapy he needed. Our OT has been SO SO patient with our son and he loves when she comes over. I see improvements consistently. It has been so helpful to our family to be able to have the OT in our home as opposed to having to travel every week.

This is the worse company ever they never Update the parents or talk with the truth they have send 2 ppl to evaluate my daughter and give me different stories playing around this las time it was supposed to be a Teraphy’s end up been pt evaluation I definitely do not recommend anybody at all 0 stars
