Dr. S. Arif Ali's Online Review Report Card

Dr Ali has been heaven sent since 2007. He is wonderful. Always listens, we plan things together. I would not be as good as I am without him. He has my 100% trust. He treats my RA, OA, Osteoporosis. Kelly is a doll; gets my vein for infusion first try and not much more than a prick. The group also stays on top of my scheduled bone density, Prolia injections not to mention reminders for Flu Shot and other vaccinations.

El personal de enfermería y demás muy buenos y compasivos con los pacientes, PERO el doctor no tiene paciencia, es grosero, se desespera y es dominante, me fui de su consulta porque se atrevió a pegarme duro en mis manos sabiendo el dolor que traía en ellas y delante de mi hija que siempre me lleva a las citas médicas, simplemente porque dije “No” porque no quise ser conejillo de Indias ( prestarme para que hicieran pruebas conmigo de medicamentos en estudio para la artritis soriatica, creo que se dice así) hasta me decía que iba a recibir $ suficiente, como si a mi me interesara ése dinero, soy alérgica a muchos medicamentos y no estoy dispuesta para que intenten realizar pruebas conmigo, bastante he sufrido con las alergias y los medicamentos.

The worst doctor, he just want the money, he don’t touch or look you hand, elbow and he doesn’t listen, he prescribed before you tell him anything... The worst rheumatology... :(

Extra special. Keeps my RA controlled. Now treating my daughter for beginning of same. Explains all, ready to listen. Patient, caring and always available for sit down to chat. Provided me with perfect choice with regards to medical insurance. Best of the best and my hero.

Always professional. Often suggests non prescription foods and supplements. Been seeing Doc for about a decade and always provides me with all the time I need to explain things. Office staff is always happy and helpful. I do not know what I would do without Doc who treats my RA, OA, Osteoporosis and keeps all in a check.

This doctor is not welcoming at all. His bedside manner was not very nice. He basically blew off our concerns. This will not be a place we would recommend at all.

Have been with Dr. Ali since first diagnosed, many years ago. He is always attentive and listens to everything I have to say. Clearly explains blood draw results. His staff is cheerful and dedicated. Without Dr. Ali, I would probably be handicapped. Right now on Metho and monthly infusion of Orencia keep joint pain down and easier movement. Dr. Ali is my HERO.

I have a 3lb Registered Service Dog. She carries papers from 2 doctors as to her validity. she has accompanied me all over the US, Flights, restaurants etc. She has given me a normal life, free of anxiety from having a seizure at any given time. She is very docile and obedient. We were told to leave the room that I was supposed to be checked out in. Even after explaining that the dog is covered by the ADA, I was still told to leave. The worst part is they were discussing it where people in the lobby heard the conversation. So not only was ADA violated so was HIPPA. The dog is considered a medical device . He is a seizure and PTSD alert Dog. Not emotional support. I was humiliated, and will never come back.

He has been my Doctor over ten years for Wegners and Arthritis. He is very soft spoken and direct and we get along great. I trust his judgement and he has taken good care of me. Would never want to change Doctors! At one time staff was not at all responsive on occasion, but that was a long time ago. The last year or two, I have noticed a tremendous improvement and his present staff is excellent.

Compassionate care from the physicians and staff. They really seem to care about how I’m feeling. I can get an appointment when I need it, which is important to me!
