I hate to be a complainer, but stuff’s going downhill with this practice fast. The doctor only works 2 days a week. That’s fine, but the staff can’t even call in an RX correctly (which is what happened in my case). Also, the nurse was giving me attitude over the telephone. I sent the doctor an email and she didn’t even reply back. It’s almost impossible to get anything done now at this practice and their communication with patients abysmal. Most likely I’m going to be changing my dermatologist as soon as possible.

Extremely rude phone representative. Which is sad because this is the only place that has actually answered their phone.

I have been fortunate to be a patient of Dr. Kronberg for almost 25 plus years. She has always been the doctor with the latest cutting edge technology. She is highly educated in her field . Her bedside manner is amazing.She always has the time to sit and really listen to all of your medical concerns. I appreciate her time and care she has given me .Anytime you call, the staff is more than helpful to accommodate you. And when you come in it feels very confortable and professional.I would highly recommend Dr. Kronberg.

Dr. Kronberg saved me! After getting microneedling done at a different facility I had a bad allergic reaction and my face looked awful. I reached out to one of her staff members (Melissa) who showed Dr Kronberg my pictures and asked her to help me. Without hesitation she immediately took interest and made me feel at ease, she took care of the problem and continued to monitor my healing everday, which made me feel so much better because I felt like I wasn't alone. She really knows what she is doing and cares! Her staff member Melissa was so helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Kronberg to anyone in the entire state of Texas. She's worth the drive!

I have been a client for years and not only enjoy the very positive results of her skill and knowledge but also the truly positive environment she creates for her clients. Her extensive knowledge, patience, gentle hands and eye for perfection will give you the best possible results. Best derm in town, I've gone to Dr. Kronberg for over 10 years. Even after moving to California last year, I still travel back to Houston to see her for my skin checks. The care and attention she gives her patients is unparalleled. As a melanoma survivor, I know I'm in the best hands with Dr. Kronberg. I can't recommend her enough!
