I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Cesar and his amazing staff following my fue experience. I received 3590 grafts four days ago. Dr. Cesar was honest before we got started and told me I was his "hardest case of the week". Lovely. I was already nervous! But Dr. Cesar and his assistants (Tony and Antonio) were super prepared and awesome to work with. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail - the measurements, the discussions, clear explanations, and a sincere desire to get it right. Excellence is sometimes hard to describe but we all know it when we see it. Dr. Cesar is one of the most professional, competent and courteous doctors I have ever met. You can't fake his sincere desire to get it right. He is a true perfectionist with a caring bedside manner. I admit it was so hard to filter through all the online marketing for the many doctors doing this. I trusted my gut and hired Dr. Cesar. I have no regrets - except I didn't do it sooner. Highly, highly recommend. Happy to share my experience with anyone who needs a reference. Very professional and competent and caring staff. Great staff actually, fun to talk to. Dr Cesar is a very knowledgeable person with an interesting background with lends for a great conversation. (He also likes classic rock, my favorite music genre.) Procedure was less painful than I had anticipated. I am so glad I did this. I look forward to see fuller hair within a few months.

I had my FUE Hair Restoration procedure done 3 months ago at ILEA Hair Restoration. I flew to Dr. Cesar's beautiful clinic in Houston from Los Angeles. I did my research prior to deciding to have my procedure done and I am extremely happy with my results! After trying Finasteride and Monoxidil with some success but reaching a plateau I sought our hair transplant consultations. My first appointment was with Dr. Cesar and I never made another. He was insightful, detailed, and assuring. I did the transplant on May 5th and not even a year later (8 months) I'm extremely happy with my results. He packages so much value in the boat of the transplant it is literally a no-brainer. If you're on the fence and read this review, book him NOW!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this clinic. Dr.Cesar is professional and incredibly kind. Made me feel comfortable speaking about a very uncomfortable issue such as hair loss.

My hair is BACK! I saw Dr. Cesar because I started experiencing female pattern hair loss in my early 30s. By my mid 30s my hair loss was throughout my scalp but most visible at the front starting at my temples. This past summer (still in mid 30s) it had gotten to point where I would avoid wearing my hair pulled back in a braid or even a ponytail. I was even using brown-colored spray to fill in my part. I had tried topical minoxidil (Rogaine), but it dried out my scalp and as a result caused my scalp to flake and my hair to break. At my consult Dr. Cesar was super informative and took close-up pics of my scalp to explain miniaturization and my current stage of hair loss. He also went over all of my options. This consult was free and was in his office. I felt comfortable and didn't feel pressured to make a decision. Later I called back, and after a telemedicine appointment he prescribed me two of the medications we had discussed-- oral minoxidil and spironolactone. The fee for this appointment was $125, and the medications themselves were extremely affordable, like <$20 at HEB. No charge to call in your refills. He started me off on a low dose of each to ensure that I tolerated the medications well, then we slowly built up to the full dosage. He also answered any questions I emailed him. The best part is that the medications have worked! I have short, thick, brown hair growing in at my temples where before there was only sparse light-colored hair. The rest of my hair has filled out nicely too-- I can part my hair anywhere and it looks good. It's thicker overall, and I went from looping my hair tie three times to only needing to loop it twice because my pony tail is that much thicker. My brows and lashes are lusher than before as well. As far as side effects, I've noticed more vellus hair (the peach fuzz that's all over your body). I waxed some of it off myself at home using a hard wax kit, and that may have been unnecessary as my husband and friends said that they didn't notice the vellus hair. I will happily take more vellus hair if it means I can have hair on my head again!
