Went in there for a physical to be released from a knee surgery that I had. Dr came out with totally different views didn't even acknowledge what i was there for. If I could I'd rate a ZERO, would not recommend!

Absolute the worse service. Was told about an hour wait. 3 hrs later and 1 of those was just sitting in a room waiting again. Why call me back if you aren't ready for me. Dr needs to learn bedside manners. Complete joke!!

Shannon Mitchel and her staff are terrible.The failed my DOT because blood in urine,got new test showing none the the tell I too much portein.She only gives me my card for 3 months because I had high blood pressure reading years ago but never said any thing about it.She acts like she working at MD.andrerson or something did I mention she said she had only been there 6 days.The tech that took urine sample asked for help reading the numbers and said maybe I should get my glasses out of the car.

The manager was at best uninterested in looking at my order for a test. She only waved her hand and said that there is not the right numbers and this was from across the room. This put the front desk / receptionist in a shameful spot. Her actions of dismissing me with a flick of her right hand was that of shewing a roach. I asked the receptionist what she was talking about he told me that they did not understand the orders and the account number was missing. I called the other nova at the location I was told to use they told me that three info was on the same order I had. I look at the form and shown the receptionist and he started looking on the system and found what was already there. This experience was the worst a 0 stars experience. Thanks to the woman manager at the 45 south location it was a patient doing her job and the receptionist was a very nice and helpful young man.

One of the most thorough physicals I have ever had in my lifetime and it is appreciated. Good to know that overall I am in good physical shape. So thank you to the attending medical staff and doctor. Thanks to all of you, I am starting at a new employer tomorrow. Take care and God Bless....

It's a drug screen people, you should have been well supplied and after being there for well over a hour to told this. Unreal.. Will remember this when I need a service from a clinic like yours, I will remember not to go there.
