Good communication with center staff on what steps needed to be taken from completing paperwork to explaining every step of the procedure and asking me if I had any questions prior to starting and after we were finished.

They refused me my medical card on the grounds that DOT requires a sleep study.DOT "does not" require a sleep study and if you want to know then just Google it!The Dr. Required it so that she could receive a kickback from it and if you take it then invariably you will be required to use a CPAP machine for the rest of your driving career.I will never use NOVA AGAIN! if it is up to me! GREEDY AND UNSCRUPULOUS!

The people there tried to do the right thing but they were not able to do so. It seems that my urine sample was not good enough and I still don’t know why.They should put a no later than time limit on all the things they do to avoid these problems in the future. I’m very disappointed.
