List of Nova Medical Centers's Reviews
Very unprofessional wait times are crazy the manager didn’t open up til 9 an then proceeded to turn everybody away because the “system” was down to the point where I had to go to i10 location where the service is way better an more professional very sad nova do better an care about the community more
Excellent place but way to slow on helping people .
The wait time was not bad considering the amount of people that were waiting. The staff is friendly and thoughtful.
The employees stay over to fit my drug screen in, on 10/13/21. They were very nice about it
I had the worst experience at the Nova health center off Beltway 8 in Houston, TX.I went in for a pre-employment drug test, a physical examination and a chest X-ray. I had the drug test done first, then I proceeded to take the physical. Since I wasn’t certain to return to Houston anytime soon after my current contract ended, I requested a copy of the physical to the provider who told me to pick it up at the front desk. I waited a few more minutes before the Xray tech took me in and completed my test. She was very pleasant and told me that I could have a copy of my X-ray in a couple of days after it was read by the Radiologist. On my way out, I stopped at the front desk to request a copy of my physical. A lady who introduced herself as the manager at the desk denied me the copy. I insisted by reassuring her that the Doctor said it was okay to give me the copy but she persisted. I asked her why she wouldn’t give me my medical records, she responded that only the company that ordered the test would be addressed the results. She then went ahead and made a few phone calls, came back, apologized to me, and gave me a copy of my my physical. When I turned my back, “they (Nova)” sabotaged my urine sample, and my own recruiters waited over one week to inform me that “my urine sample was not enough” therefore my drug sample was not done. I know I filled up over half the large cup she handed me. The tech filled up two tubelike cups, had me initial them, and there were more than enough urine leftover to fill up two other vials. So what happened? It was retaliation pure and simple. Sometimes in America interracial interactions do not end well and some of the parties do not stand being contradicted. In this case, the manager used her position as a manager to retaliate and affect the job of another individual.
3 stars because the place was clean and staff was not rude. However the waiting time deserves no stars for just peeing in a cup.
Grate people and polite.
The facility was very clean and demonstrated CDC guidelines of spacing chairs and requirements of masks. The staff was friendly and a pleasure to talk too. For an employment drug screening, it took less than 15 minutes to fill out the standard paperwork, giving the specimen and finally signing the release form... Great job!!!
I always have to plan to spend the rest of my day here for a simple drug test. What should take 30 min ends up being 4 hours. The doctor has the worst people skills as well.
Nova is AWESOME!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
