I've been here for over two hours to get a pre-employment drug test. Never had to wait more than 30 minutes to do a drug test but I've also never been to this location. Maybe setting an appointment was a better option but I'm not sure if that's available. I was told by the receptionist I could wait in my car but there's no timeframe on the wait time I was just told "it's a long wait". As closing time gets closer and closer I just decided to wait inside since there is no way to know if I would be skipped, overlooked, or locked out. As of now it's past 1pm and they should be getting ready to close but there is still a full lobby waiting to be seen.

The waiting room was spaced, which was nice. The wait time seemed appropriate for the amount of people there and the front office staff was working quickly and friendly. The woman that called me to the back definitely did not want to be at work that day tho. Her attitude reflected it very well. She did not explain things clearly, she did not make eye contact and she did not explain how the "lock box" worked for my belongings. When I came back with my sample, the lock box was wide open! Just very rude until the bitter end.
