I understand short and sweet but when you have no professional or customer service, clients like me feel unappreciated because at the end of the day I'm helping you pay your bills if the medical assistants don't like their job they need to pick one where they don't deal with people

I really enjoy coming to NOVA; they make me feel welcome everytime I come here. They are true customer service professionals. I come to NOVA at least once a year as part of my job requirement. You would think that providers would forget you because of the vast number of people they see regularly. Not here! They put in the effort to remembering your past visit as well as something non-medical related that was discussed during that visit, making the experience even more pleasant. This is the only place that I want to come to for my work required medical examination. Thank you NOVA staff. Keep up the good work 💛
