A wonderful staff and excellent doctors make the experience that I had with them actually a nice one. It's kind of strange to say when you are in alot of pain. I would definitely recommend using Houston Scoliosis in Spine!

When I started this journey I was clueless as to where to start or what I needed. I just googled read the reviews, and went here for a second opinion. My very first visit I knew I was in the right place! All staff is very friendly and professional! Both, Dr. Rehman and Dr. McCalla genuinely care for their patients!!!

So disappointed. Looking for another Scoliosis Dr. No attention was given to me after I called the office about the level 8 out of 10 pain that I was experiencing. The Medical Assistant that I spoke with on Monday 1/31/22 advised me that Monday’s the Dr. does surgeries. And said that she would pass my message on to the doctor. No response was received. Called again on Tuesday regarding my pain level, the medical assistant advised me that getting my pain under control is a process. I now have a grapefruit size bruise on my back above the area where the pain is.

I was hit head on by a crane carrying eight to ten solid pipes. My back, neck, shoulders, hands and elbow were hurt badly. As a result, I have lived in constant pain for three years.Of all the areas affected by the accident, the back and nerve pain were the most severe, and it was where I chose to begin my treatment. Although it was very clear that surgery would be my only recourse, I listened attentively to every negative remark and consequence that could result. It frightened me, but I had to weigh that information against living with that pain I felt daily.After going to Houston Scoliosis and Spine Institute, I decided to do a little research, I first checked out the information Dr. Rahman provided about the surgery I needed. Next, I wanted to know about the man I would entrust with my life and livelyhood, so I asked everyone who would know. First, I talked with my orthopedic specialist who has completely earned my trust, Dr. Pradeep Kadali. When I asked, Dr. Kadali smiled widely and shook his head affirmatively. His words indicated that Dr. Rahman was definitely the best person for the job. I didn't stop there. I questioned several others. I heard over and over, "He's the best." After checking him out and after what I learned calmed my fears, I threw out all the negative worries and fears and handed my condition completely to the apparent competence of my chosen surgeon.This has proven to be the best decision I could make for my back. It feels great, and I did not experience a long painful situation following surgery. Instead, every week I saw positive, incremental progress. I didn't even need to use all the prescribed pain medication.Eventhough I still have severe neck and other pain area issues to address, today, eight weeks later, I'm back to working lightly, volunteering, wearing heels, and I'm about to return to selected dance exercise classes three days a week that I wasn't able to resume for three years, and I can't say thank you enough to this man who changed my life.Additionally, not only does Dr. Rahman possess the skills and well-trained staff necessary to work successfully, but he also cares deeply about his patients--it shows! For these reasons, I am thoroughly impressed with my doctor, his staff at the office as well as the staff at the surgery center.

This was honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I am a physician myself and this place definitely wowed me. The office is super clean, my wait times for all my visits (I had about 3-4) were all under 10-15 minutes, Dr. Rahman is super personable and doesn’t rush you, and the staff was super diligent about following up with me and keeping everything on schedule. I had a pretty difficult case so the fact that everything ran smoothly was beyond my belief. Please give this place a try! I already recommended this clinic to my mom and I’m overprotective of her care but I would definitely trust Dr. Rahman to treat her. Excellent care!

Dr. Rahman practices in El Paso Texas and has not answered messages, I’ve expressed the tremendous pain I’m in to him and his staff and it seems like I’m just another paying customer. I’ve had to beg to get an authorization going for my epidural shot, I had to get my insurance involved. I got the epidural last week and have had severe headaches and back pain and no medical staff on his team could be bothered to respond to my messages. Then his staff told my job I was 100% back ready for duty no limitations without reading through my chart. I now have to share confidential medical records with my employer in order for them to believe me.

Very Friendly Staff and very nice environment, personable, good Bedside manner and all around great experience

My experience with their staff and physician (Dr. Rahman) was very positive and productive. I went to them for an injury to my lower back. I had one in-person consultation and some telehealth appointments, culminating in surgery. Overall my experience throughout the process was very positive. Their staff was responsive, courteous, and attentive.

I had initially left a 1 star review after the service provided during my first appointment. Dr. Ra'Kerry Rahman heard about this and took time out of his day to call me and ask how my visit could have been improved and that he hoped I would return for my follow-up appointment. Upon his request, I returned for my follow-up appointment and everything was great. There are not many providers out there who will take the time to directly call you and ask how your experience at their office could have been better. To me, this shows a level of patient care that many clinics do not offer.

They took every step to get me back to better health but sadly the injections didn't help the pain my herniated disc caused and inevitably it came down to surgery which was very scary to think about as I had never had a surgery of that kind before. The entire team did everything they could to put my mind at ease leading up to that day and 6 weeks ago as of today after an anterior cervical disc replacement the constant pain I had for over two years is gone thus far. Any concerns or questions before, after, and during all steps were promptly answered. The staff even took steps to save drive time for me on multiple occasions as its over an hour drive to either location. Every staff member was professional and I can't thank Dr. Rahman and his medical team enough through the whole process.
