The staff at Southeast medical Clinic is kind, caring and on top of my wife, myself and our son's medical issues over a period of 15 years. My wife and I are 74 and 76 respectively. Doctor Anne Stander wick has been our doctor for well over 10 years. She such a wonderful doctor on many levels. We feel blessed to have her as our doctor.

My wife and I are 69 and 71 respectively so we have had many doctors in many places in our lifetime. In addition, I practiced law and represented insurance companies in personal injury and worker's compensation cases and therefore I have seen the work of many doctors. Anne Standerwick is the finest and most caring doctor we have ever dealt with. She is smart, compassionate and always makes you feel she is listening to you. Her staff at Southeast Medical Clinic are always courteous, competent and timely. Her diagnostic skills have also been excellent in the over 15 years she has been our doctor.

Dr. Standerwick never rushes appointments. She takes her time and talks to me and treats me as a partner in the treatment process. She listens, asks questions and offers me an explanation of what she thinks the problem is, then explains treatment options. Best of all, she asks me if I understand and agree and, if I want to pursue her recommendations, In short, she makes me a partner in the diagnosis and treatment process. Never dismissive, never rushed, she pulls a chair up looks me in the eye and shows she is concerned about my needs. Dr. Standerwick is the gold standard of what a doctor should be. I've been a patient for over 12 years and pray to God she will be my doctor to my last day on earth!!

I respect this physician's scientific integrity and medical training. She is genuinely interested in her chosen profession. She is not above an apology when warranted which makes for an excellent doctor-patient relationship.
