Dr. Hightower was absolutely amazing. Had to have emergency surgery out of the blue. Dr. Hightower was able to identify the rare issue and get me taken care of over night. The level of care, and genuine thoughtfulness was amazing. Was also very pleasantly surprised by the awesome staff in his office during the follow up visit. Just a great group of people.

I first visited Dr. Hightower in Nov 2020 to look into getting my 2nd ACL reconstruction after living with a full re-tear for nearly 3 years. Right away, he comes across as a knowledgeable, warm, understanding and prepared. His offices are clean, cutting edge and run by some of the most welcoming and wholesome staff. After a 2-stage surgery, 1 to clean it all out and another for the repair, I prepared myself for a long arduous recovery and months to even years of Physical Therapy. What I was not prepared for, was the ACTUAL recovery. In less than a month, I was back on my feet, barely using crutches or any prescribed medications at all. At two months, I was already into PT and had no noticeable limp in my walk. Now at 5 months, I am fully cleared for the active life that I was longing to feel comfortable doing again. THANK YOU DR. HIGHTOWER and his amazing staff!

Dr Hightower did my knee replacement surgery in 2016 and I couldn’t be any happier. He is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Hightower eased all of my fears and anxiety prior to having the surgery and worked with me throughout my recovery.

Yes I would, everyone is different, but I still say thank you to Hightower for giving me my hands back, no more knubness and he did an awesome job on my brokeoff right hand. Thank you. Now I'm hoping I can see him again for my left ankle, crossing my fingers. Just my thoughts, like I said everyone is different in heart, body and soul??

Great customer service from Dr. Hightower and his staff after I broke my right wrist. I was worried about surgery and Dr. Hightower answered my questions and assured me that I would have a functioning wrist again soon after the surgery. After the wrist surgery my wrist is almost fully recovered.

Dr. Hightower is professional, honest and provides excellent education to his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Hightower! Friendly office staff. He repaired my ACL and a stress fractured back of the knee cap.

I visited Dr. Hightower after an emergency visit for a broken wrist. I found his office to be cheery, his staff even cheerier! Dr. Hightower was gentle, professional and knowledgeable. The equipment in his office was very high-tech. I felt comfortable and well-cared for. I even got flowers from him in the hospital! I totally recommend him to anyone needing orthopedic care.
