Dr. Raster went above and beyond. I was so nervous about my son’s getting ear tubes and he was super patient, didn’t force the surgery. After back to back ear infections I finally scheduled the surgery. He was the first one in because he schedules based on age and my son was gone from me for maybe 15 minutes. My son healed beautifully and Raster followed up that night and gave me his personal cell phone in case anything came up. We had a trip coming up and Dr. Raster made sure that we had meds in case an ear infection hit. A really amazing doctor, very thorough and helpful.

I first came to Raster because I had no sense of smell since my childhood. Raster ran some tests and gave it to me straight. He's honest and a straight shooter. Thankfully the surgery worked and changed my life! I not only can experience so many new things but Raster was there every step of the way. Thank you Dr Raster for everything.

Dr. Raster went above and beyond. Juneau is a small town and I am less than thrilled about the choices of physicians here. A really amazing doctor, very thorough and helpful.He is conscious of peoples' time and since I have to take off work for doctor appointments, he gets us in and out in a speedy manner but also takes time to answer any questions we have. I really appreciated that.

I saw Dr. Raster for a concern. He literally handed me an old handout and told me to read it while he looked in my ears and throat. Zero elaboration or suggestions regarding the handout. To my dismay, I had to ask for elaboration and was made to feel that I was making him late for his next patient. He billed my insurance $180 for the visit. It was such a horrible experience that I am very tempted to go back to school to become an ENT and put him out of business. I will travel elsewhere before I ever see him again. Waste of time and money. Left feeling worse than when I arrived.

My FIL was taken off of cruise ship, with a stuborn nosebleed. This man was very careing, made himself available to us at all times, he came back to the hospital 3 x's to see him, and helpped with our travel insurance to cover us. He called and gave us updates, of my FIL status. He made a very difficult time, much easier to deal with.

awesome doctor, has helped both my kids for years, very gentle, knows his stuff and even helped me in time of need. He helped my son with a bad ear 2wks after the poor man was mauled by a bear.. NOW thats the sign of an awesome doctor.. KUDOSSSSSSSSSSSSs doc.. we love ya
