Katie Julien's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Julian is extremely thorough. I have several health conditions and she treated each one as she explained them to me.

They posted a result on their portal but I never got a message, text etc that there was a new message or a call from them. I also called on a Monday morning & left a message with the MA. No response. I logged into the portal & sent a message on Tuesday & today is Friday & they are out of office & still no response. Dr Julien used to be good but she just doesn’t care any more.

I feel like an appointment to some Doctors. I often feel the like doctors are in a hurry to get to the next patient.Not the case with Dr Julien!!! I have seen Dr Julien most of my adult life. She makes me feel like a personal friend when she walks into the room. She seems excited to see me. I completely trust her with my heath issues and she is a trusted confidant. She shows great concern! Not only for my health but my life!! She is professional! And she is a friend! I've truly grown to love and trust her!! She has a great staff! Thanks to all of you!!

Dr. Julien is the best. I have had several different health issues over the years which she has been very good at treating. She spends the time needed and I never feel rushed. Yes, it takes longer to get in to see her for my regular physical, but anytime I had an issue that warranted getting in to see her soon, I have always been able to see her within a day or two. She is also very easy to contact through the patient portal. I feel like she listens to my concerns, gives me several options to consider and then goes with my preferences. I feel confident in the decisions she makes. I also really like her MA Shannon. She is really top notch.

Dr Jillian is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and helped me beyond what I ever expected. After years of struggling with horrible breathing issues, she was able to solve my problem after one visit. I was seeing pulmonary specialists for years and they failed to help me. Since then she has helped me with any medical issue I have faced. I would highly recommend her. I am very grateful I found this outstanding doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Julien for about 8 years now and she has always been the best doctor I have ever had. She is open minded and passionate about medicine. she's always listened and is extremely nice.

We had lost our doctor due to his health. He had been our doctor for over 30 years. We needed to find a health care provider we liked and trusted. After a lot of research we were lucky enough to get into Dr. Julien. She was very gracious and easy to understand. We have been with her now for over two years and I am very, very pleased with having her as my doctor.

Dr. Katie Julian is a great doctor if you can ever get in to see her, but the normal wait time for an appointment is 3-4 weeks (even if you have strep throat, pneumonia, and etc). Her nurse almost never calls back either, so basically expect no help when you need it. They started giving me an my family the run-around after after they charged us too much. We could get our money back by using up appointments, but they postpone our appointments so long we can't (cause we have to go to insta care)

She's attentive, responsive, and caring. She is an excellent physician.
