Waited well over an hour for the office to look up on the computer to verify I had a physical within the last 3 months. I am not happy with the service I received. Ended up just leaving and scheduled a new appointment somewhere else. Waste of time. They treated me as if I was a nuisance and they didn't care if I were to wait all day. All I needed was them to look up on the computer and verify if I had a physical... that's it something super simple.

The best Doctor in Juneau. I have been under his care for over 7 years now and he is always caring and professional. He has gotten me through some rough times and help in the cure.

Have seen Doc since he arrived in Juneau. Always listens and includes me in decisions. Never rushes appt. Remembers past visit details when appropriate to present. Good sense of humor, gentle manner.

Dr, Haddock was very easy to talk to and disarming. Soft-spoken, he takes his time and really game me a thorough evaluation. He included me in the decision-making process and provided options. My appointment was 90 minutes and felt like he really knew what he was doing and cared for my health and welfare. I definitely recommend him.

While visiting his family in another statehe took vacation time off every day to treat my diabetic wound. This include calling in a prescription for medicine and dressing the wound every day.

My husband saw him for debilitating migraines. He requested a note from the doctor to request dimmer lighting in his work area.... & was told that wasn't his job, & to 'have a specialist do it.' Unbelievable lack of compassion from a primary provider.
