I was a long-time ALL patient of Dr. Tom, and because of his exceptional care and attention, I am still a survivor, I am still a survivor 20 years later. I owe my life to this man and I can only hope he reads this to warm his heart. Oncology is a tough road for everyone, and he made my journey bearable. Thank you, sir. Thank you!

Doesn't really listen to your questions. Treats you based on lab numbers and statistics instead of on how you are actually feeling. Flat affect and curt manner. Doesn't seem to want to take the time to look at the big picture or explore connections with other diagnosis. Guess he could have been having a bad day but he should just get on with retirement if he isn't going to give 100%.
