I had a mpfl reconstruction done in November of 2020 still in pain, my knee fills up with fluid 3-4 times a months.. I can not bend my knee properly.. wish I never let him touch me
I've never met a doctor who was so rude. On my first visit he walked into the exam room and made no acknowledgement of me - his patient! He neither greeted me nor introduced himself. His answers were clipped and only given when I asked for information. Upon learning that I had a torn meniscus I asked him what we should do about it. His nasty reply: "Well, what do you WANT to do about it?" He offered no options other than to say I could have surgery or a cortisone injection. No more information given about what was involved in surgery or even what kind of surgery.. I have to wonder why he chose medicine if he didn't like people. Guess it was for the money.......
Terrible. Terrible. Awful. Botched a simple surgery. Had to have same surgery 6 months with thank God a competent doctor. Prescribed me aspirin while breastfeeding(HUGE NO NO which i told him before surgery, then afterwards nurses were feeding me it). Put my infant's health at risk. Stay away!
Great office staff! Helpful, friendly, professional..BUT THAT IS WHERE IT ENDS! The doctor was arrogant for no reason, was totally devoid of bedside manner, never explained proper recovery protocol, and could not leave the exam room fast enough. Complete disaster.
My experience with Dr. Jordan was a nightmare. I went into the injury clinic at the Scranton location with a fracture of the fifth metatarsal and in acute pain. He disregarded my symptoms in a very condescending way. Never took an image. I walked around on the fracture for a week, until I could see a competent Orthopedic Surgeon, not related to Coordinated Health. He is a hack.
He was condescending. Said my physical therapists opinion was a bunch of hulabalu and he did jot care what they said. When my wife said You Should Care...he said get another doctor. We did. Obnoxious. Unprofessional.
Rude. Rude. Rude.
My son had shoulder surgery and Dr Jordon was awesome . I highly recommend!
Awesome, very professional, went over my MRI with me and discussed my options. Performed knee surgery which I am very happy with the results and have little pain and am progressing faster than I could have expected. No surprises or complaints here!
I stopped at the clinic to get an X-ray of my toe due to injury day before on vacation to ensure wasn't broken. First saw the medical assistant, then a PA - had an X-ray and no fracture. Dr walked in after with PA - NEVER introduced himself. Didn't look at my toe, didn't give any instructions just said 'it's not broken' and walked back out. In the room less than 30 seconds and of course billed > $200.00. As I am a NP I didn't need instructions but he didn't know that. Appeared agitated that he had to deal with something beneath him. Would NEVER recommend him to any patients I see.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
