For an estimated $1800 to pay after insurance, this is the worst service we ever had.My wife made the appointment for our three years old daughter and specified she wanted to have someone speaking Spanish as her English is not yet there.The online form my wife tried to fill before the appointment was asking for the patient DOB confirmation and never worked for us. They asked us anyway to come to the office the day of the appointment to sort it out.When she arrived at the doctor’s office she was greeted by a lady speaking only English who told her no one was speaking Spanish.My wife tried to explain the form issue but the lady would not understand. She even apparently made fun of “parents” who don’t remember their children’s DOB.My wife eventually called me over the phone for help as time was passing and the appointment time was almost over.At that point my wife as crying while explaining me the situation and my three years old daughter who needed to go to the restroom urinated herself.It took me great efforts to make that lady verify our daughter’s information and realize they made a mistake entering her DOB in their system. They tried multiple times to update it and failed.In the end we used the incorrect DOB to fill the form.The overall experience was execrable and a disaster. I don’t recommend that doctor’s office at all.

Dr. Skimming took a great deal of time listening to us, asking questions and explaining things to us. I felt listened-to and he gave us good advice.

My daughter had her first visit to this office and it was amazing. They made her feel comfortable and me too. I felt like I was amongst old friends. Very friendly and they kept me informed of everything that was going to happen. I would definitely recommend and go back here. A satisfied patient and mother.

Horrible horrible horrible! Do not go here unless you want to waste your time and feel helpless. Not only did he say there was nothing we could do to help my infant’s heart, but they are also money hungry. They pretend to take your insurance and then once you leave the office and think it’s all covered, you get a bill for $500. Very poorly run! I do NOT recommend going here

Will not be going back. Said repeatedly in front of my 17 year old with mitral regurgitation “there’s nothing we can do”. By the time we were in the car she was in tears. Would prefer a doctor who has a more positive outlook, and who is knowledgeable in the various treatment options. We are aware that it is a condition that just needs to be monitored at this point, why scare a teen who is already deeply concerned about her health?
