List of Greenbrook Tms Neurohealth Centers Wasilla's Reviews
It's taken me some times to adequately put into words just how different my life has been since not only discovering TMS but discovering Greenbrook Clackamas. My depression had grown so profound I was considering checking myself into a clinic to get a handle on everything. I was exhausted from battling it alone and decided to get some help. I didn't want to end up in some state hospital program so I researched the options and steps I'd need to take to prevent that from happening. That's how I discovered TMS. I saw some folks were using it with both inpatient treatment programs and outpatient intensive programs. I've been depressed since childhood, and it only seemed to be getting worse regardless of medication or talk therapy so I figured it was worth a shot. I thought it would be like emotional bootcamp where you face your trauma head on. Instead I relate the experience to this analogy: it's as if you're in a boat but your motor has been tangled and stuck in netting. The boat is designed to move you forward but it can't because it's trapped in a web of mesh. TMS is like someone freed the propeller and you're now just seamlessly moving forward. I went in with symptoms like profound depression, body aches, extreme exhaustion, anxiety that was beginning to feel like the beginning of agoraphobia. I had migraines several times a week. And occasional thoughts of suicide. All of this was magnified by the experience of living alone during the Covid-19 pandemic and being under quarantine. My first week of TMS I noticed an immediate difference, my depression was no longer crushing me. It was there but I could breathe again for the first time in a long time. As the weeks progressed I noticed more and more of my anxiety and depression simply dissipating. I once had a profound fear of heights, only to find myself half way across a 250 long, 100 ft high suspension bridge before I remembered, "oh yeah! I'm afraid of heights!" But I wasn't anymore. I noticed I was no longer sick to my stomach when I had to leave my apartment. I was no longer consumed with fear that everyone was judging me when I'd walk out of my apartment. It sounds silly but even going into a grocery store was a challenge before TMS. The pandemic really did a number on my mental health as I'm sure we can all relate. The most profound improvement for me was and continues to be the amount of energy I feel every day. This new stamina allows me to cook home made meals from scratch whereas before I was too tired to stand to cook and if I pushed it I'd be exhausted for hours after. Now I can work out, cook meals, clean and still feel like going for a walk in the afternoon. The change has been profound and life altering.I had the pleasure of working with several staff members at Greenbrook Clackamas and while they were all wonderful, Marilu really made the experience for me. Choosing TMS as a treatment modality is a commitment. You're going every weekday (save holidays and such) for 36 sessions (approx). That's anywhere from 8-10 weeks. Marilu provided a safe, judgement free space for me to go every morning regardless of bed head or bad moods or whatever else I may have been experiencing. With TMS there are lots of ups and downs and some altogether new experiences that can be disorienting. Marilu supported me through all of it and made space for me to talk about my experience and questions without rushing me out the door. She's a wonderful conversationalist but also allowed me the option to relax if I wasn't up for talking. Many of my mornings with Marilu were spent laughing and leaving my session feeling lighter. This is such an important element to the experience. The staff of a TMS clinic can make or break the experience. I am profoundly grateful I discovered Greenbrook when I did. They helped me get my life back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
