Ravi is a great doctor who seems to genuinely care. He helped me through pneumonia. Thanks to him I'm breathing easier. However, I would like to see masks worn in his office...made me a little nervous because I only have one lung.

Cared for me pre-op and post-op. I cannot say enough about Dr Shergill. I absolutely loved him. I trusted him completely for my care. He was not my surgeon but he came to my room in the hospital to check on me. He held my hands, told me to keep positive thoughts and that he would see me in a few weeks. He is so kind, and on follow-up in his office put my mind at ease, told me how good I was doing and gave me an encouraging hug. He is amazing.

Dr Shergill is an amazing and caring doctor. Takes the time to listen and ask lots questions. Give you all needed information in a manner that is easily understandable. My only complaint is he’s to busy and works to many long hours. He solved all my breathing problems and continues to help me. A

So I had for what I can only describe as an unprofessional experience with this place. My oncologist referred me to them for a surgery called bronchoscopy for a biopsy on my lung. The receptionist made first contact with me one Tuesday morning and told me I had to go get a covid test on the other side of wasilla immediately (I live in Palmer) because I had been scheduled for a surgery that coming Thursday. 2 days time. It was a bit overwhelming to think I’d be in surgery so quickly when I hadn’t ever met the doctor or been to the office or anything prior to this phone call. Sounding stressed and rushed the receptionist contacted me again as I was driving to wasilla saying that she was also going to need me to drive into anchorage to retrieve imaging I had done for the surgery otherwise the doctor would be going in blind. She informed me if I didn’t get the images she needed they couldn’t do the surgery, and that I could also try to go to the hospital in wasilla and make requests at the front desk to see if they have copies... just basically asking me to drive around to different locations gathering these images. Which I agreed to, but it made me extremely uncomfortable how little planning had gone into this surgical procedure being done on one of my most vital organs. And they had planned to do my initial appointment with the surgeon an hour before my actual surgery. When in my experience this is usually an appointment of its own before even scheduling the surgery. Don’t get me wrong I appreciate them trying to get me in soon, but 2 days? And not having anything they need, and then asking me to basically do their job for them? I then got calls from them the morning of the surgery saying they had the incorrect insurance info(it’s been the same for 2 years). 10 minutes later, the hospital called me saying they had a hole in their equipment and had to cancel the surgery and weren’t sure when they’d be able to reschedule (as I was on my way to the surgery) now I realize that the hospital’s equipment is not their fault. But the entire experience was just not reassuring that they would be able to care for me well. After all this I called my oncologist and asked for a referral into anchorage because I trust their doctors and hospital more.

When I walked into this wonderful clinic I was desperate to find out why my Lungs and airway were so inflamed and congested. After a couple years of various walk-in clinic failures, I was worried this was going to be a forever condition. Dr. Shergill evaluated my health, his staff performed tests, and the good doctor said to me, "We can fix you". He, they, have fixed me. I can't say how happy I am to be back to my healthy and capable self. I sleep at night and wake up feeling strong. 5 Stars in every category of care, concern, capability, and responsiveness!

Dr.Shergill has been the most concerned and dedicated doctor to get to the core of my very complex medical issues . Definitely recommend him as he extremely pro active and genuine as they come!
