Absolutely awful, i would not reccomend this place to anyone. I couldn't get anyone one to answer any of my questions in a timely manner or get a solid appointment. It took forever to get started. The nursing staff were stupid, pushy, and intrusive. One of the worst experiences ever. If you are looking for a place respectful of your privacy don't go here.

I had to have surgery with my husband out of town. I was scared and nervous going through it, knowing my husband couldn't be there to comfort me in recovery. The nurses were absolutely amazing! They made me feel safe and comforted me through recovery. The level of care and compassion from all the staff is incredible.

Had my first ever procedure at the Surgery Center yesterday & was incredibly impressed with the entire experience! All of the staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. My nurses Sam, Joyce & Gabi were absolutely phenomenal! I would 💯 prefer & recommend the Surgery Center. I'm thankful for the excellent care I received ❤️

Had surgery scheduled and was told to call if I had a cough etc and I did to just be ignored apparently because when I got there I was sent home although I had called with the info prior to get answering machine with no call back.

I have been battling cancer and have 1 kidney so I was shocked that there were no mask requirements at the Wasilla surgery center. The staff is great but why would you not have a mask requirement during a pandemic that has killed 997,000 in the US to date. Very reckless management! 05/10/2022

Went for a simple procedure. Pre-op nurses WOULD NOT LISTEN to me when starting IV and stated "policy is to use size 20 in every IV " even though I told them I need a size 22 in a hand stick. Wound up in ER at MATSU REGIONAL with blown IV site required compression wrap, ice and monitoring for huge grape sized blood bubble because they would not listen to patient over policy! Don't want to EVER go back!

In two weeks, I had two surgeries there. The second anesthesiologist took much better care this time around. Some of the nursing staff remembered me and we all laughed and joked as much as we could. I have full confidence in my surgical team and in this facility.

Check in was quick and easy. They do everything possible to collect information from you, and payment for your procedure, before you arrive. This makes the process efficient. The ladies that check you in are friendly. Due to the current covid situation, visitors are not allowed. Their anesthesiologist could have taken better care with the intubation process and their post-op nurse was less than friendly; but all-in-all, things ran smoothly. My discharge nurse, Amanda, was patient with my limited mobility. She was incredibly kind and understanding. I'll be back in less than two weeks for another procedure; so I'm hoping to be able to give a five star review then.

This place is fantastic. We have been here a couple times with our children to get tonsils and adenoids removed. From the doctors to the staff, it’s a top notch medical center. These guys are the best around. The Medical facilities in Anchorage should come out here and take notes!!
