UPDATED REVIEW: Adamsville Family Medicine was sold to a different company and the changes they’ve made are WONDERFUL. Every single issue I’ve had in the past has been fixed by the new management. Everything, from scheduling appointments & medical questions, to refills & prior authorizations, has improved beyond expectations. The new patient portal makes everything super easy and the new staff are so knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. They’ve even remodeled the place. I highly recommend this doctor’s office. Dr. Smith is a good doctor for MAT (Medication Assisted Therapy). His receptionist has terrible customer service but she’s great at every other aspect of her job. Suzie, the office manager, makes up for it with her kindness. Dr. Smith has two nurses, one of them is decent but the other one is rude and treats MAT patients like they’re less than human. The lab team is awesome & very friendly as well as the nurse practitioners. If you’re looking for a Suboxone doctor that will treat you with respect, look no further.

The one star is for the receptionist for Dr Smith for her facial expressions says it all . Even if the person on the other side of the window is asking or requesting something she cant do anything about at least show empathy.

If you are looking for a physician who repects and cares for his patients like family then Dr Smith is that doctor. I've been going to him for over twenty years or longer he been able to treat all my needs.

Dr. Smith is a good doctor. I'm giving 4 start because of his rude receptionist. I wonder if he realizes how rude she is. Does he even know? This woman is so rude I've thought about going somewhere else but I refuse to allow her to stop me from seeing MY doctor. I just smile at every hateful remark she makes. Which seems to irritate her. Much like she irritates me. I'm not the only one. Look at the reviews. Everyone loves him and hates dealing with her.

I wish I could give 5 stars to Dr. Smith because he is a wonderful doctor and person. He is kind and really listens to concerns. I adore him. But I am thinking of going somewhere else because of his rude office lady. I've been going there for many years and she is always rude. On the phone and in person. At first I thought it was just her voice tone. Nope, she is just downright hateful. It's like trying to break through a prison wall just to make an appointment. She's even more hateful in person
