Please see that Dr. McClelland is aware of bad reviews. He needs to be there in a supervisory capacity. The NP is not capable of running his office for him. Disaster waiting to happen. Kay Oliveira (retired RN with 20+ years of gerontology experience.) I

This office is horrible. I wouldn’t recommended.

Have been a patient for almost 3 years and have never seen Dr McClelland. The female nurse practitioner I have seen is a disaster.

I had to find a new doctor because the one I was seeing no longer took my insurance. I thought I was going to see Dr. McClellan and his name was on my new insurance card. I never saw him, just a couple of NP's. First of all, my advice, don't go there if you need to see a real MD. I'm a disabled Veteran. The female NP only spent about 5 minutes with me every time I saw her. I would go to the VA for health care, but we are just a number and it made my PTSD worse. I have more medical experience in my little finger considering I saved lives because it was my job in the military. My last visit she rushed me out of the office because she wanted to go to lunch. She is very rude and she needs to learn that you shouldn't treat patients that way, especially Veterans with mental issues and trauma from serving this country!!!

Pretty useless doctors office. Phone's conveniently don't work so often. Basically have to beg them to do the bare minimum. Will not be visiting again. Also, they don't believe in wearing masks during a pandemic. Worthless office, worthless employees. Avoid.

Dr. McClelland has been treating my family and me for probably 40 yrs or more. We see him as a friend of the family, we all love that he treats the whole body and not just one symptom at a time. He's very thorough and his instincts are spot on. We all like that he says it like it is, if something is happening because you need to lose weight, he'll tell you. He's not going to pretty it up. We all feel we know him personally. He helped me with issues in marriage and helped me through my recent divorce. He wants to know how you really are, not just why you are there. We have a relationship of trust, he trusts me that I'm telling him the truth and I trust he won't judge me, tell anyone, and will do his best to help me medically in any way he can. My family and I consider him a friend who happens to be our doctor. I am dreading the day he eventually retires.

I have been a patient of Dr. McClelland's for about 35 years, in fact, my entire family has been. He feels like a family friend to us as well as our dr. He's patient, kind, thorough, knowledgeable, and his instincts are spot on. Hope he never retires!
