Horrible appointment with Dr Bourgeois. I felt dismissive and even made fun of. I have a rash that I have pictures of that shows it is severely red sometimes, the day I went in it was just sort of red. He proceeds to tell me good news your rash isnt that bad today in a condescending voice and tells me he doesnt know what else to do. He mentioned another biopsy when the nurse had already taken the 2 reports of biopsies I had already done that for some reason Dr B didnt even look at. He seemed to not know much about dermatology. When I mentioned I was leaving he told me not to and that he had things he still needed to do and when I said no Im leaving you and that he obviously was going to do anything or find out what is going on with me he got up and acted like he was going to force me to stay. I told him he was rude and I was leaving. Im going to protest the bill with my insurance based on extremely aggressive and dismissive and seemed to be lost with anything other than fillers and coolscupting.

Came for a full skin check only to have him look down my shirt to peek at my chest and back. Never check the lower part of the body and didn't address the places that I really wanted him to look at. Hard to do a body check on your patients without having them get undressed. Now going to have to go somewhere else to actually get it done right.

Went for a annual full body skin check. Hard to do that on a patient when they have their clothes on. Several places that needed addressed were not done.
