My visit to Fast Pace Health in Alabaster was quick, but thorough. All the members of the team that I interacted with were very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care facility over the more crowded urgent care option in the area.

So easy to register and pay copay. No wait, was seen directly since I registered online. Highly recommend online register as it holds your place in the line. Cuts down on your wait. Got my two shots for ear and sinus infection and feeling so much better the next day. The front desk receptionist, the NA and the CRNP were all wonderful and helpful. Glad they built on this side of town, no more drives onto 31

Fast Pace was great!!! Everyone was very nice, attentive and most of all fast. Wait time was not long and the front desk receptionist was excellent. I will definitely revisit if needed!! We were seen by Robin NP and she was amazing!!

Fast and easy to get in to see a Dr however they did not do an exam and their diagnosis was wrong when I went the next day to see my regular Doctor.
