The front desk is amazing. Not only are they bilingual, but they are sweet and so helpful! The staff is so friendly and loves our babies and makes me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Drew Buie is the best pediatrician. He explains everything so well and is thorough and caring and we can’t say enough good things!!

We love Dr. Buie. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews. I have 4 children that have been patients for 3+ years since we moved to this area. They are always very quick to respond to phone calls and very attentive!

My daughter has had dr Flanagan since she was like 4 and is no 11 he’s always been an absolute wonderful dr to her he’s quick but always shows concern in her wellbeing and is always available if we have any questions or concerns and the front desk is always very kind and helpful you may stay on hold a bit when you call but they get tons of calls a day don’t know why people think that it’s the staffs fault you have be on hold for it’s not they can’t help having multiple calls

Dr. Jolly is great, but when you call for an appointment, the front desk gives you a hard time. I called multiple times in aday to schedule an appointment for my daughter and each time they say, :" we will call you back shortly, we will have the nurse call you", and they did not call even the following day!!!

Front desk staff are great. They’re always kind and as accommodating as possible. My daughter sees Dr. Kami Sester. She is a pleasure to work with and great with kids.

I have been calling to get a referral for my daughter to see a urologist for hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am sent to receptionist which leads to an automated message and after 5 minutes of that on repeat, I am then to a voice mail. Have left multiple message with NO RESPONSE!!!!!!!!!!!

We LOVE Dr Jolly, but the front desk will not answer your phone call. I’ve been trying to make an appointment for months and can never get anyone on the phone, leaving us to go to an urgent care.
