This office is very frustrating. Apart from the fact that they don’t answer the phone calls they also set up appointments where the psychiatrist fails to call for the appointment multiple times. (Because her appointments are via a phone call not even in person). This is patient negligence. How is a patient supposed to work on decreasing the dosage of a medication if the psychiatrist does not attend the patient ?? This is unacceptable. I am going to take the next steps to report this office.

FRAUDULENT BILLING and PUTTING YOUR PATIENTS AT RISK!!!!!! Dr. Aguilera may be good. Her staff is horrible. Phone calls are never answered. So frustrated with the voicemail system that I started pressing buttons and this allowed me to unintentionally access their internal voicemail system and listen to patient messages! What a HIPAA violation! We scheduled TELEhealth appts and never got calls from Dr.. However, the DR (or whoever it is that is refiling prescriptions)continued to prescribe medications, despite the fact that some are controlled substances, which need to be closely monitored by actually discussing them with the patient! Yet these discussions NEVER happened! Perhaps the Dr. doesn't have a clue that any of this is happening and her staff are just running the show. If that is the case shame on you for not monitoring what is going on in your own practice. If you are aware of what is going on then shame on you for fraudulently billing for services which you are not rendering properly and PUTTING YOUR PATIENTS AT RISK!!!!!! There should be NEGATIVE stars on this review

Dr Maribel Aguilera has single handedly saved my life. She took the time to find the medication that really worked for me, and my life has drastically improved because of it. Everyone that knows me has seen the difference in me within a matter of a few weeks. I could never thank Dr Aguilera enough. This is a doctor that actually takes the time to get to the root of your problem, and resolve it. I owe Dr Maribel my life. Thank you!

Beyond grateful for Dr. Aguilera. Worked with her for an initial evaluation for a pre-teen. She completed an initial evaluation through drawings first, then took her time to talk to me individually, to the child individually and then again together. We addressed all concerns and were referred to an excellent therapist.
