friendly staff, Nurse Practitioner is incredibly nice and caring, he is very knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms.. upfront and honest. his staff that were with him during my procedure are so friendly and comforting! made sure I was comfortable and tried to help ease my nervousness. A+ doctor

Wonderful doctor. Very friendly, personable,informative and meticulous. My mother is 73 years old, and she was very nervous about going under anesthesia. Dr.Holcombe helped her to feel at ease. She was very pleased with her procedure. He is one of the best in Alex City....and they are far and few between here.....

I just want to say that Dr Holcombe is a poor excuse of a dr..I have seen how he has treated my sister with cirrhosis and is very uncaring. He should not be able to practice medicine nor any other dr like him. Russell MC has a list of unskilled, uncaring poor excuse of drs I have ever seen!!!! Warning DO NOT USE these drs or hospital’s if you want to live!!!!!

Dr.Holcombe is ok as a doctor but his incompetent staff up front is ridiculous.The business office doesn´t know who has a co-pay.They tell you one thing then bill you later and rush you to pay when you were going to pay the day of service.When you are disabled and on a budget and don´t make appointments unless you can pay and get hit with an extra bill that you should not have had in the first place it pisses me off.You make it to the office and they refuse to see you and tell you to reschedule because you can´t pay on a bill they caused.They didn´t give me my gas money that i spent to get there.

I don't have a problem with the dr or with the NP. The woman who makes the appointments and works the desk (Mona) is rude and hateful. She will talk over you when you are trying to ask you a question and tells the patient they must be confused.

Staff is extremely rude, and un-compassionate to patients. After a scheduling disagreement, they refused my daughter medical treatment for an emergency situation, even after another doctor requested the medical review of a potential life and death situation. And if they can't figure out the problem, the patient must be lying.

Only able to see NP. Saw doc 2 mins before procedure. Never able to discuss aNY thing with doctor. No way to do business.
