Do not go for narcolepsy. The doctor does not understand it. Also has an illegal sign about having documentation for a service animal.

DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYTHING!! My mother went to see him to get a cyst in her cheek removed, along with a deviated septum. HE DID NOT REMOVE THE CYST! We saw the dr once before the surgery and never saw him again, not even for her appointment where they removed the packing from her nose. The staff REFUSES to answer the phone. I have called 8 times to just try to get her an appointment to see why he did not remove the cyst. My mother has called several times, we’ve both left several voicemails to get nothing back. This is malpractice at its finest! Something WILL be done regarding this experience. He does NOT need to be a doctor if he cannot even perform a simple surgery correctly. His staff needs to be fired. DO YOUR JOB!

I love Dr. McLeod, but the staff responsible for CPAP and CPAP supplies are not helpful. I recommend finding a DME store that will appreciate your business (answer the phone, return your calls, make a cash sale). I only needed to purchase a cushion for my CPAP mask. I did not need a fitting. I just needed someone to pick it up of a shelf and take my money. I was told the person that handles CPAP was helping in triage and she would call me tomorrow. That wasn’t convenient for me. On the way back to the car, I googled DME near me. I purchased what I needed from a DME store 10 minutes later.

My C pap machine tore up over a week ago and I can’t get nobody to return my phone calls! I went in and the lady talking about it’s running fine but when I put it in it shuts down and won’t blow air. I’m trying to call around to who ever and trying to get a new machine or anything! The people who sent it to me talking about cause of COVID-19 they are not shipping anything out but a week before you shipped me out new hoses and now I’m in need of a new machine and can’t get it.The people at Dr.McLeod office won’t even return my phone calls but I’m sure they billed my insurance for it cause I sure I’m heck didn’t pay for the machine ,but I can’t get nobody to help me from the Alex City office or Auburn office and this man has offices all over the surrounding areas! These folks don’t give a hoot about the people they see but will bill the heck out of your insurance for their money! A simple c pap machine that I have only had 9 months is tore up and I’m left trying to figure things out to see if I can find out who can help me with getting answers in getting a new one cause I need it so bad for my health!

My son and I are patients of Dr. McLeod he answers all questions asked and explains everything clearly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely glad to have him and his office in the community!!!

No one ever calls you back with any test results! First appointment was three months ago! Getting no where - seems to be a lack of communication with the office personnel! Office personnel never follows up on what the doctor tells them. Husband still waiting to address his medical issue. 🤷♂️
