Obviously a skilled surgeon, but multiple other factors lower his ranking significantly. You will not see him after surgery and if there are any complications, you are on your own. Does not make himself available to speak with any patient following surgery.

Dr. Kennedy saved my husband’s life no doubt. He solved an on-going issue with an abscess caused by diverticulitis that was treated over and over at a hospital in MS that would resolve only to come back again. I will be forever grateful for his skills and treatment. I have nothing but great things to say about him and the GI surgery team at UAB.
